Orange Man Charged As Fugitive From Justice: Police

ORANGE, CT — A local man has been charged as a fugitive from justice on allegations he assaulted a pregnant woman in Florida, police said. Orange Police officers, in conjunction with the FBI, learned that a person wanted by the State of Florida was currently residing in Orange, police said.

Sean Lainey, 30, of Orange had a warrant against him for Aggravated Battery on a Pregnant Woman from the Monroe County (FL) Sheriff’s Office, police said. He was taken into custody without incident and held pending a court arraignment.
