Orange Man Told Victim He Could Strangle Her: PD
Orange police say the arrest occurred earlier this month in town.

ORANGE, CT - Orange police say officers responded to a private residence on Avalon Drive earlier this month regarding an assault.
Officers learned that the arrestee, Michael Healey, 66, of Avalon Drive, had gotten into an argument with a female family member, police said.
The argument turned physical when Healey allegedly put his hands around the victim’s neck and told her that he could strangle her, police said.

He was subsequently taken into custody and charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
He was held in lieu of a $500 bond.
