William Higgins, 19, West Haven, is charged with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy. He posted a $500 surety bond and received a court date of 04/25/19. Police say, "On 04/10/19, Officers responded to the Bridgeport Police Department to pick up William Higgins who was being held on an active arrest warrant originating from this town. The arrest warrant for William Higgins was regarding an incident that occurred on 12/24/18 at Target."
Patrick M. Cuff, 28, of Willimantic, is charged with sixth-degree larceny. He received a Promise to Appear with a court date of 04/24/19. Police say, "On 04/10/19, Officers reported to the Trumbull Police Department to pick up Patrick M. Cuff who was currently being detained since he held an active arrest warrant originating from this town. Cuff’s arrest warrant was for an incident that occurred on 02/02/19 at the Target store in Orange regarding Larceny 6th degree."

Kaheen D. Francis, 24, of New York, is charged with sixth-degree larceny. He posted a $500 cash bond and received a court date of 04/22/19. Police say, "On 04/10/19, Officers were dispatched to 25 Boston Post Road (Target) in reference to a shoplifting in progress. Officers’ investigation revealed that Kaheen D. Francis had taken $598 worth of merchandise."
Stephen R. Verity, 28, of Shelton, is charged with probation violation. He posted a $25,000 surety bond and received a court date of 04/24/19 at the Bridgeport Superior Court. Police say "On 04/08/19, Officers reported to 314 Lambert Road to process Stephen R. Verity who was turning himself in on an active warrant. Verity held an active arrest warrant out of Fairfield Police for Probation Violation. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged."

Verity who was turning himself in on an active arrest warrant for Larceny 6th degree and Conspiracy to Commit Larceny 5th degree. The incident took place on 12/24/18."
