Orange Police Blotter:
Eric R. Carter, 33, of Bridgeport is charged with use of a motor vehicle without permission. Police say, "On 06/06/19, Eric R. Carter appeared at the Derby Superior Courthouse on an unrelated matter. He was held at the Derby Court for arraignment regarding an active arrest warrant out of the Town of Orange for Use of a Motor Vehicle Without Permission that occurred 11/18/17. Subsequently, he was charged."
Carmen Fabozzi, 45, of Naugatuck is charged with sixth-degree larceny. Police say, "On 06/06/19, Officers were dispatched to 440 Boston Post Road (Home Depot) in regards to a shoplifting. Officers investigation revealed that Carmen Fabozzi took $367 worth of merchandise without paying for it. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged."

David M. Radziunas, 54, of Hamden is charged with sixth-degree larceny, reckless driving, and driving the wrong way on a divided highway. Police say, "On 06/06/19, Officers responded to 314 Lambert Road to process David M. Radziunas who was turning himself in on an active arrest warrant for an incident involving Larceny 6th degree, reckless driving, failure to obey an Officer’s signal, and driving the wrong way on a divided highway. This incident took place on 05/05/19. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged."
Courtney M. Edwards, 25, of West Haven is charged with DUI and driving unreasonably fast.
Police say, "On 06/06/19, Officers observed a motor vehicle on the Boston Post Road traveling at a high rate of speed in a road construction area. A motor vehicle stop was performed and Officers came into contact with Courtney M. Edwards, the operator of the vehicle. There was a smell of an unknown alcoholic beverage emanating from the vehicle. Courtney M. Edwards was asked to perform Standardized Sobriety Field Tests. Subsequently, she was taken into custody and charged."

Ernest Parent Jr., 55, of Orange is charged with use of a motor vehicle without permission.
Police say "on 06/05/19, Officers responded to Racebrook Road on a report of a motor vehicle taken without permission. Officers investigation revealed that Ernest Parent Jr. took a motor vehicle into his possession without permission. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged."
Brittany Collings, 30, of New Haven is charged with second-degree failure to appear.
Police say "On 06/05/19, Officers responded to the Orange Police Department to process Brittany Collings who was turning herself in on an active arrest warrant for Failure to Appear 2nd degree. The warrant originated out of this department. Subsequently, she was taken into custody and charged."
