Orange Police Blotter: (May 3 to May 6)

All of the information is provided by the Police Department and all charges are allegations at this time.

Orange Police Blotter:

Alaina M. Cora, 34, New Haven is charged with second-degree burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, third-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit larceny. She is being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond. No other details were given by police.


James Tillman, 25, Branford is charged with second-degree breach of peace. Police said "On 05/05/19, Officers responded to 53 Boston Post Road (Best Buy) for a report of a dispute. Officers’ investigation revealed that James Tillman had been in a verbal argument which turned into a physical argument. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged."

Andrew N. Spears, 30, of New Haven is charged with DUI. Police say "On 05/04/19, Officers were dispatched to 471 Boston Post Road regarding an accident that occurred involving Andrew N. Spears. Spears had a strong scent of unknown alcoholic beverage emanating from his person and had urinated on himself. Spears admitted to drinking at a party. Spears was asked to perform Standardized Sobriety Field Tests. Subsequently, Spears was taken into custody and charged."


Anthony T. Inthirath, 22, of Waterbury, is charged with DUI and possession of a controlled substance. Police say, "On 05/04/19, Officers observed a motor vehicle swerving in and out of its lane on Grassy Hill Road. A motor vehicle stop was performed and Officers came into contact with the operator of the vehicle, Anthony T. Inthirath. Inthirath was asked to perform Standardized Sobriety Field Tests. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged."

Blaze Garbatini, 49, of Orange is charged with second-degree breach of peace. Police say "On 05/04/19, Officers responded to 512 Meetinghouse Circle in regards to a dispute. Officers’ investigation revealed that there had been a verbal argument which turned physical involving Blaze Garbatini. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged."


Ryan M. Price, 35, of Meriden is charged with sixth-degree larceny. Police say, "On 05/03/19, Officers reported to 250 Bull Hill Lane (Kohl’s) for a report of an active shoplifting. Officers’ investigation revealed that Ryan M. Price took $453.85 of merchandise without paying for it. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged."
