Orange Police Department Welcomes New Officer

The new officer recently completed a 25-year stint with another police department in Connecticut.

ORANGE, CT — The Orange Police Department is proud to welcome Officer Frank Koshes to its ranks, police said in a news release. Officer Koshes comes to the department following a 25-year career with the Waterbury Police Department.

Officer Koshes holds an Associates Degree from Naugatuck Community College, A B.S. in Sociology (with a concentration in criminology) from Southern Ct. State University and a Masters in Criminal Justice from Boston University. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy 224th session.

Officers Koshes held the rank of Captain in Waterbury and is an adjunct professor at POST University. Officer Koshes will be assigned to the Patrol Division following field training.
