Orange Police Officer Retiring After 21-Year Career
The officer had worked as an undercover narcotics detective.
ORANGE, CT — The Orange Police Department said goodbye to Officer Brian Foote, who is retiring after 21 years of service to the town. The Police Department on its Facebook page offered Foote congratulations on a "successful career."
