Police say the accused engaged in road-rage behavior after allegedly cutting off another driver.

Orange police say officers received 911 calls about a road-rage type incident that started on Route 34 and continued to Grassy Hill Road last month.

Officers say they learned that the complainant vehicle had been cut off by another driver on Route 34, and then that driver began to purposely drive slowly in front of the complainant’s car and randomly/suddenly brake in front of him.

The complainant was able to record the other driver’s actions on video, which officers used to identify and track down the driver.
