Orange Resident Charged With Harassment: Police

The accused was charged on an arrest warrant last week, police said.

ORANGE, CT — An Orange resident was charged on an arrest warrant last week for second-degree harassment, police said.

On Oct. 17, Matthew D. Hurlburt turned himself into the Orange Police Department on an active arrest warrant for second-degree harassment. He was taken into custody and charged and his next court date is Oct. 31. No other details were released.
