Orange Road Projects Postponed Due to State Budget Crisis
Governor Malloy says state legislature needs to take action to fund projects or hundreds of roads won't get done.

ORANGE, CT - Scheduled road renovation projects to be funded with state money in Orange have been suspended. Governor Dannel P. Malloy made that announcement stating the state legislature needs to appropriate funds for the Special Transportation Fund to get the projects done.
"If Connecticut does not take the necessary action to allow to restart these vital projects, not only will it put the state's infrastructure into a further state of disrepair, it will hurt our economy," Malloy said. "The legislature must act this year to avoid potentially devastating setbacks to our transportation system."
