Orange Volunteer Fire Department Battled House Fire Sunday

One person was taken to a hospital for smoke inhalation.

ORANGE, CT — Orange firefighters were busy Sunday afternoon battling a house fire at 841 Glenbrook Road, a top fire official said.

The house fire was reported at 4:26 p.m. and the homeowner was transported to an area hospital for smoke inhalation, said Deputy Fire Chief Vaughan Dumas.

The Fire Marshal's Office is investigating the cause of the fire.
