Orange Woman Accused of Assault: Police

The victim suffered a minor injury, police said.

ORANGE, CT — An Orange resident is accused of assaulting a person inside a home, which led to a minor injury, police said. Police responded to a private house on Meetinghouse Circle in regard to an unwanted person, police said.

Officers learned that Esti A. Garbatini, 41, of Orange, had arrived at the house and got into an argument with a person there, police said. The argument turned physical when the accused struck the other person, causing minor injury, police said.

Garbatini is charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
