Orange: Your 2014 Midterm Election Results

Orange voted and the results are in.

In the 117th State House District, the winner is Republican Charles Ferraro over Democrat Paul Davis. In Orange, Davis received 620 votes while Ferraro received 600 votes, according to the Connecticut Post.

For the 119th State House District, the winner is Republican Pam Staneski over incumbent Democrat James Maroney, the Milford Mirror reports. In Orange, Staneski received 646 votes while Maroney received 609 votes, the Connecticut Post reports.

For the 114th State House District, the winner is Republican Themis Klarides with 5,835 votes over Democrat Aldon Hynes’ 2,951 votes. Klarides received 2,262 votes in Orange while Hynes received 876 votes, according to the Connecticut Post.

Democrat Gayle Slossberg has been reelected to the 14th Senatorial District, according to the Connecticut Mirror. In Orange, Slossberg received 2,968 votes while Republican Matt Gaynor received 2,709 votes.

In the race for the judge of the probate, the winner is Democrat Beverly Streit-Kefalas, the Mirror reports.

Orange voted yes to the question regarding the ballot measure, the Hartford-Courant reports.

Republican Frederic Kendrick is the new Registrar of Voters.

Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro has won her 13th term serving Connecticut’s third congressional district.

In Orange, Tom Foley and Heather Somers received 3,263 votes while Dannel Malloy and Nancy Wyman received 2,460 votes.
