Sen. Maroney's Office: Coffee & Conversation In Orange Jan. 16

The early morning event with members of the state senator's staff will be held at the Starbucks on the Boston Post Road in Orange.

ORANGE, CT — The office of state Senator James Maroney (D-Milford) will be holding a coffee and conversation session in Orange from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m. on Jan. 16 at the Starbucks at 300 Boston Post Road.

Members of the senator’s staff will be present and can answer constituent questions and relay messages directly to the senator.

The 2020 legislative session begins in less than a month, starting on February 5. Sen. Maroney will continue to hold coffee and conversation hours leading up to and throughout session, providing constituents with a chance to share thoughts, ideas and concerns. About James Maroney: Sen. Maroney was first elected to represent the 14th District (Milford) in 2018. Before being elected to the Senate, he was a State Representative for the 119th District from 2012-2014, where he served on the Higher Education Committee. Due to his distinguished service on the Higher Education and Employment Advancement Committee, he was asked to serve on the Planning Commission for Higher Education and help develop a strategic plan for higher education in Connecticut.
