Suspect Arrested On Weapons, Narcotics Charges In Orange: PD

ORANGE, CT — A 34-year-old West Haven man was arrested on a warrant last week charging him with weapons and narcotics violations, according to Orange police.

David J. Johnson surrendered to police on Oct. 8 and was charged with the following:

  • Illegal weapon in motor vehicle
  • Loaded shotgun in MV
  • Sale of a controlled substance
  • Possession of cannabis with intent to sell
  • Possession of drug paraphernalia
  • Failure to surrender bail enforcement badge

The arrest stems from an disclosed incident in Orange on Sept. 6.

Johnson was released after posting a $10,000 surety bond, and he is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 22.
