Teen Accused Of Sexual Assault: Orange Police

ORANGE, CT — A West Haven teen is being held in lieu of a $150,000 bond and is charged with second-degree sexual assault with a minor and illegal sexual contact, Orange police said.

On March 7, officers were dispatched to Lambert Road to process Hugh J. Devine, 18, of West Haven, who turned himself in on an active arrest warrant, police said.

The warrant stems out of an incident report which occurred on August 4, 2018, police said. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged. Because of the nature of the case, police are not able to share more details about the incident.
