Teen Possesses Weapon, Drugs Inside Vehicle: Orange Police
The accused was released on a $15,000 bond, police say.

ORANGE, CT — A Derby teen is accused of possessing a weapon and drugs inside his vehicle, Orange Police say. On Jan. 19, officers saw a vehicle driving erratically and performed a motor vehicle stop on Derby Avenue.
Christian B. Quinn, 18, of Derby, was driving the vehicle, police said. Officers discovered a strong smell of marijuana emanating from the vehicle and Quinn stated that he had marijuana in the vehicle, police said.
A search of the vehicle yielded finding a weapon, illegal narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and packaged controlled substances, police said. Subsequently, he was taken into custody and charged with weapon in a motor vehicle, two counts of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
