Wig-Wearing Bank Robber And Accomplice Sought By Orange Police
BREAKING: Police are investigating the bank robbery and asking the public for assistance.

ORANGE, CT — Orange police are investigating a bank robbery from Tuesday evening and are asking for the public's assistance in finding the suspects. At 6:11 p.m. Orange Police responded to a bank robbery at TD Bank, located at 175 Boston Post Road, police said.
A black female wearing jeans, a blue t-shirt, sunglasses, and a wig gave the teller a note demanding money, police said. The bank teller gave the suspect cash and the suspect walked out of the bank, across the street, into a parking lot where she discarded the blue t-shirt, wig, and sunglasses, police said. These were later recovered by officers, police said.
A black vehicle, possibly a newer Ford Fusion operated by a black male, was seen pulling up alongside the female and is believed to have driven her from the scene, police said. It appeared the vehicle had a New Jersey license plate, and three of the characters on that plate may have been “G 1 1," police said.
