Woman Charged With Harassment: Orange Police

The accused was charged on an arrest warrant, police said.

ORANGE, CT — A Naugatuck woman is accused of harassing a victim in Orange, police said.

On Feb. 4, officers responded to the Orange Police Department in reference to Kelly A. Baldino, 37, of Naugatuck, turning herself in on an active arrest warrant, police said. Baldino had two counts of harassment charges stemming from an incident that occurred on Jan. 8, police said.

Subsequently, she was taken into custody and charged with two counts of second-degree harassment. Her court date is Feb. 19. No other details were released by police.
