Woman Refused To Leave Store: Orange Police

The woman was taken into custody and charged, police said.

ORANGE, CT — A New Haven woman is accused of refusing to leave an Orange business, police said. On Dec. 10, officers responded to the AT&T store, 91 Boston Post Road, on a report of a woman refusing to leave the store, police said.

Officer's investigation revealed that Jasmine R. Pinkston, 41, of New Haven was asked to leave the store multiple times and refused, and she caused a disturbance, police said. Consequently, she was taken into custody and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.

She was given a court date of Jan. 2.
