Woman Steals Fire Department Christmas Tree, Hits Firefighter With Car, Cops Say
The bizarre incident happened Friday afternoon in Ansonia, police say.

There are so many things wrong with this story.
First, police say a woman tried to steal a Christmas tree from of all places a local fire station in Ansonia and then she allegedly hit a firefighter with her car as she drove away, NBC Connecticut reports.
The incident occurred 4:30 p.m. Friday, and after she allegedly hit the firefighter she drove onto a highway, where you guessed it, she hit a large truck, the Connecticut Post reports.

Police later found the woman in her car a short distance later. The woman, who has not yet been arrested, is expected to be hit with several charges, the Post reports.
Fortunately, no one including the firefighter, who was struck by the car, was seriously injured.
