YCYC is honored to welcome back Shari Friedrichsen, Senior Teacher at the Himalayan Institute, Honesdale, PA on Saturday and Sunday, September 6 (12:30-2:30pm & 3-5pm) & September 7 (10am-noon & 1-3pm). Shari will teach two workshops: “Finding Gratitude in the Heart of Hearts” (open to all) and “The Inspired Teacher” (for yoga teachers and teachers in training). Shari teaches in the Himalayan tantric tradition and is an amazing teacher!
Costs: PreReg: $80 / per workshop by Sept. 3, $100 / per workshops after Sept. 3
