You May Be Fined If You Smoke Pot On Town Property In Orange

ORANGE, CT — The town has banned smoking marijuana on public property and anyone who violates the order faces up to a $50 fine, the New Haven Register reports. The order also applies to vaping.

The town is also considering banning the sale of marijuana in town too. Two public hearings will be held on the topic.
