2 Key Hires Made For The New Oxford Library

OXFORD, CT — The Oxford Board of Selectmen voted to hire for two top library positions. Robbi Costigan was hired as the Director of Municipal Library/Media Operations with a salary of $55,017 and a start date of July 30.

At the meeting, First Selectman George R. Temple said, via meeting minutes, that there was a job search and this is a position that is "highly needed in this new facility." "It's also exciting that we will be able to do more programs in the library and will also be able to get more grants."

The board also hired Dawn Higginson as the adult services librarian and assistant to the Director of Municipal Library/Media Operations with a salary of $47,603 and a start date of July 30.
