5K Run/2M Walk & Kids Fun Race to take place in Oxford tomorrow in memory of Lily Brooks

Family and friends of the late Lily Ann Brooks have planned a 5K Run/2MWalk and Kids Fun Run to take place tomorrow, Saturday, July 19, 2014 in memory of 3-year old Lily, who passed away last September after a tragic car accident. Lily’s “Birthday Dash 5K Race & Kids Fun Run” will be a fun family day with a 5K run/walk and separate kids fun run. Children’s activities such as crafts and face painting will also be a part of the event. Please be aware that road closures will occur on the race course between 9:00 am and 10:15 am. Day of Registration is available however interested participants are encouraged to arrive early as there is already over 400 people registered for this event. For more details please visit www.lilysbirthdaydash.com. The fee for race day 5K Runners is $25, $20 for walkers and $10 for kids.
