Oxford Building Sold For $3.05M

Land records show the Oxford industrial property sold for $3.05 million.

OXFORD, CT — A family trust has bought an industrial property in Oxford for $3.05 million, and the site is expected to become part of a local moving and storage operation.

Town land records show the Joyce 2014 Irrevocable Trust purchased the building at 116 Willenbrock Road. The trust’s co-trustees are listed as Kristen Craw and Frank Pilicy.

Broker Ed Godin of Godin Property Brokers told Patch the buyer plans to use the property for Joyce Van Lines, an Oxford-based moving and storage company.

The property includes a one-story, 27,200-square-foot building on 7.69 acres. Records show the building was built in 1999.

Joyce Van Lines is now operating from 195 Christian St. in Oxford.

Land records show the seller was SR1 Properties LLC. The property was previously sold to that company for $1.93 million in 2019.

Town assessment records list the property with an appraised value of $2.26 million and an assessed value of $1.35 million.
