Smoke Shop Among 18 New Businesses Registered In Oxford In August

OXFORD, CT — Eighteen businesses registered in Oxford in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry, with mental health counseling among the most common categories — two of the filings were offices of mental health practitioners. Contractors, consultants and retailers made up much of the rest of the list.

OXFORD 248 LLC, a tobacco, electronic cigarette and smoking supplies retailer on Oxford Road, was among the new filings, along with BR ELITE AUTO GROUP LLC, a passenger car rental business, and ROMEO EQUIPMENT LEASING CO LLC, an equipment rental and leasing company on Pheasant Run Road. Seventeen of the 18 businesses organized as LLCs.
