OXFORD, CT — Oxford's Main Street Project Committee will ask about the status of a $4.3 million grant for the project's second phase, early voting begins Oct. 19 at Town Hall and the regional hazardous waste collection has a new date.

2. Early Voting Starts Oct. 19 At Town Hall
When: Early voting Oct. 19-Nov. 1; Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 3
Where: Oxford Town Hall, 486 Oxford Road
What to know: Early in-person voting runs Oct. 19 through Nov. 1 at Town Hall, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with hours extended to 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Oct. 27 and Oct. 29, according to the town. 4. Hazardous Waste Collection Moved To Nov. 14
When: Saturday, Nov. 14, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: Ansonia Transfer Station, 1 N. Division St., Ansonia
What to know: The regional household hazardous waste and paint collection postponed from Sept. 26 is now Nov. 14 at the Ansonia Transfer Station, according to the town.
