Bocce courts Restored in Oxford by Scout Troop
Oxford Selectman played bocce on a court behind town hall that was restored by Oxford Girl Scout Troop 60599.

From Oxford Selectman: Oxford First Selectman George Temple left and Selectmen Jeff Haney take turns playing bocce on a court behind town hall that was restored by Oxford Girl Scout Troop 60599. The girls, Christine Larrivee, Alexandra Brenton and Franchesca Guglielmo worked on the court in their spare time to earn the Girl Scout Silver Award, one of the highest awards a scout can earn. They were assisted by scout leaders Jillian Guglielmo and Sharon Manley-Brenton. Temple was appreciative of the scout's efforts and said the courts were overgrown with weeds and were not being used. He invites anyone to come out and enjoy them.
