Call for Family Friendly Vendors and Food Trucks
Oxford Spring Fair is in full planning! Our theme is Frogs, Fairies and Flowers! Join us for this fun family oriented event
CALLING all Vendors and Volunteers! We are looking for family friendly vendors (this event is just before mothers day, great day for shopping)

- Adventure Course - Think fun obstacle course for the little family members
- Shopping Area - handmade crafts, flowe baskets and all things spring
- Education Zone - Learn to identify birds, frogs, and butterflies of Connecticut
- Tactile Learning - Touch a truck or tractor (and if planning goes well some animals to pet)
- Snack Land - Food trucks

What we need to make this a success...
VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION
Please sign up to Volunteer for this event. We are looking for local experts to help us create the education zone. Do you raise livestock, rabbits, horses? Do you want to show off a special skill like felting? Do you have a unique vehicle you would be willing to show off in our touch-a-truck-or-tractor area? We are looking for girl scout troops and boy scout troops to participate as well in educational poster sessions Municipal groups and organizations can also show twhat you provide or have to offer the local residents with an information table.

VENDORS
We need family friendly vendors who have pop-up canopies... The area will allow for 10x10 or 12x12 pop up tent/canopies. This is a rain or shine event. We're looking for vendors who have items appealing to kids, and young families alike. Price friendly, family friendly, and fun. Vendors can find the application form here
RAIN OR SHINE
Why rain or shine? unless we have a hurricane, we live in New England. And even on rainy days, you can put on a rain coat, rain boots and splash around and have some fun.
