Mother Teresa once wrote; “If we have no peace, it is because we have forgotten that we belong to each other.”

This statement rings true in so much of today’s busy world. Economic, Social and Political Pressures are pulling at us all, every day. The angst created by constant 24 hour news coverage, social media discussions and the weight of the burdens we all carry can erode our will, erode our happiness, erode our faith and erode our peace. It is time, for one night, to turn off the pressures and unplug. It is time to focus on your peace.

Christ Church Quaker Farms would like to invite you to join us for one night. A night of peace and joy. A night to remember and embrace the peace that was brought to the world through the birth of Christ. This year we will be presenting our Living Nativity as a gift to you. A gift of peace.

Our night will begin with stories from profits through the years foretelling the coming of Christ. You will get to experience the town of Bethlehem including a market, music and cultural aspects from the time. Then you will embark on a journey with the Wise Men on the “Trail of the Magi” A musical tribute to the journey to find peace in troubled times. Finally the nativity a spiritual rebirth and retelling of the birth of our Savior.

Along the way there will be music and stories, friends and faith. Our prayer ministries will be available to anyone who would like to stop along the way and spend some time in prayer and thanksgiving.

Once the journey is complete join us inside for some hot cocoa and our annual reading of a Christmas Carol.

Christmas is a time of great love and peace which can only be found through the celebration of what Christmas truly is. Join us as we bring Christmas back to Christ.
