Teens in grades 6 to 12 are invited to a Teen Halloween Duct Tape Party sponsored by the Junior Friends of the Library on October 20th at 6:30 p.m. Guests will learn to make a festive bow or tie out of duct tape. Then, they will enjoy Halloween treats.
