Oxford's John Nuzzolo, 24, reportedly asked female student to get a McFlurry from McDonald's before incident occurred.

The Fairfield Ludlowe teacher’s aide accused of dragging a female student down a hallway at the school was scheduled to face a judge this morning at Bridgeport Superior Court.
John Nuzzolo, 24, of Oxford, was arrested on Aug. 11 on a warrant for a May 29 incident in which he allegedly dragged the 17-year-old student by her backpack.
Eyewitness News 3 reports that the girl told police that Nuzzolo was acting “very weird” and that he wanted to go get a McFlurry from McDonald’s, to which she replied “no.”

Nuzzolo then waited for the student at the end of the hallway, according to Eyewitness News 3, because he knew she had to walk that way to get to class and then allegedly grabbed her and again asked to be taken to McDonald’s. The student was then reportedly dragged 20-30 feet away from crowds and toward a staircase.
Nuzzolo was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.
