Fourth Annual Oxford Day is This Saturday, June 14

Mark your weekend calendars for the fourth annual Oxford Day. The festival is jam-packed with delicious food, fun-filled games, local crafters and fun entertainment.

The Oxford High School Booster Club hosts this annual event to help bring the community together. The Booster Club created this event to help offset the cost of programs they fund throughout the year such as academic programs, scholarship programs and the Post Prom event.

This weekend's festival will be held on Saturday, June 14 (rain date June 15) at the Oxford High School grounds from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Admission is free. Parking is $5. A free shuttle will help transport people from Great Oak Middle School.

And while you're there why not help out a local Scouts Troop? Troop 1 is hosting their spring clothing drive at Oxford Day at their booth, "Zombie Apocalypse!" Donations will be accepted of gently used clothing, towels, linens, draperies, costumes and shoes to help support Troop 1.
