GIRL POWER Soccer Clinic in Oxford

Free soccer clinic in Oxford this Friday for young, female players and their friends.

Offered by the Oxford Soccer League, the clinic will take place this Friday, 10/3/14 from 5:30 p.m.-6:45 p.m. at Quaker Farms School, 30 Great Oak Rd. in Oxford, CT. It is open to OSL registered female players in the U7, U9, and U10 age divisions. OSL players who bring a girl friend their age will receive a special gift.

The session will be directed by female trainers, assisted by local travel and premier level players. The OSL is very excited to welcome Ciara McCormack, CEO and Dir of the Development Academy for GirlsCAN Football, and Quinnipiac University soccer players Jenny Mears (Jr, Forward/Keeper from Vernon, CT) Kristina Bronkowski (Jr, Keeper from Totowa, NJ), Brianna Siravo (Jr, Defender/Midfielder from Smithfield, RI), and Taylor Healey (Sr, Defender from Milford, CT) as guest trainers for this clinic.

The Oxford Soccer League wishes to thank GirlsCAN Football Academy (girlscanfootball.com), the Quinnipiac University Women’s Soccer Team (Quinnipiacbobcats.com/sports/wsoc), and UK International Soccer (uksoccer.com) for their help in facilitating this event. It is through their generosity that the OSL is able to offer this opportunity free of charge.
