Our adult hoop classes are suitable for all abilities and levels. We focus on
increasing flexibility, focus, and stamina while toning glutes, thighs, arms,
and strengthening your entire core. We use our large weighted Hoopla hoops to
get the hoop moving, learn basic "tricks" with your hoop and burn
approx. 500 calories in this high energy class where
we will bring the FUN back into fitness!!!
