Man Exposed Himself to Teens at Oxford Reservoir: PD

OXFORD, CT — Police arrested a man accused of exposing himself to two teens at the Oxford reservoir last Tuesday.

Officers arrested Gordon Whitehouse, 55, of Waterbury after being called to Seymour Reservoir #4, according to NBC Connecticut.

The reservoir is in the Naugatuck State Forest and is a common spot for hiking and fishing, according to the CT Post.

Whitehouse was charged with public indecency, breach of peace and disorderly conduct.
