Man Lost Control of His Vehicle Trying to Avoid Hitting a Bear in Oxford: Report
Police say the bear appeared on the shoulder of the roadway in Oxford.
Adam Joseph Maiorino, 21, of Patton Avenue in Seymour said he lost control of his vehicle and struck trees and brush after trying to avoid a bear Friday morning on Hawley Road in Oxford, the Republican-American reports.
The driver was issued a written warning.
