Naugatuck Police Arrest Oxford Man on Drug Charges

The man is accused of having heroin and drug paraphernalia.

Naugatuck police arrested an Oxford man Saturday on drug-related charges.

Anthony Spinelli III, 25, of Seth Den Road, was stopped by police on Maple Street in Naugatuck.

During the investigation, police said Spinelli had 0.12 ounces heroin.

He was charged with possession of a controlled substance—narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Spinelli was released on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 16.
