New Administrative Assistant Hired For Oxford Town Hall

OXFORD, CT — The Oxford Board of Selectmen has approved the hiring of a new administrative assistant as Joanne Pelton, who has served in the position for the past several years, has moved to New Hampshire.

Kristyn Rosa of Skyline Drive has been hired as the new administrative assistant, which went into effect on Nov. 20 and her term expires on Nov. 18, 2019. Joanne Pelton was approved to train Rosa for 30 days.

Rosa will earn the same salary as Pelton. "First Selectman George Temple has known Kristyn Rosa for a long time, but is not looking forward to Joanne leaving. We are very happy to have Kristyn."
