New Oxford Library Project Breaks Ground: Report
A timeline for the project's completion has been released.

OXFORD, CT — Work has officially commenced on the long-awaited $3.5 million Oxford Library project. A ceremonial ground-breaking ceremony was held on Wednesday near Quaker Farms Elementary School, the Republican-American reports.
The new library could be completed by the end of 2017. The library has been operating out of the Town Hall basement. The new library will include a walking path to Lily Park, officials told the Rep-Am.
The new library will be 11,000-square-feet and feature all of the latest modern amenities. There will be areas for children, teen, and adults and plenty of computers too.
