No Citation Issued After Dog Struck by Car in Oxford: Report

OXFORD — No citation was issued to Ardithya Hewathanthri, 18, of Belinsky Circle in Oxford after the vehicle he was driving Wednesday struck a dog with his car on Larkey Road, the Republican-American reports.

The dog fortunately wasn’t seriously injured and police said the dog was left unattended and it wandered into the roadway.
