Patch is kicking off a new series that features outstanding members of the community who go above and beyond to give them the recognition they deserve.

Do you know an outstanding person in town who deserves the spotlight? Maybe he or she is a volunteer at the food pantry, a volunteer firefighter or an outstanding teacher?

It could be a Girl Scout or a Boy Scout or anyone who goes above and beyond to make our community a great place to live.
