Obituary: ​Lauren “LaLa” Provenzano, 22, of Oxford

Lauren “LaLa” Provenzano, age 22, of Oxford, beloved daughter of Vincent Louis and Nereida (Caro) Provenzano, entered into the care of Jesus on Thursday, July 6, 2017. Lauren was born February 20, 1995 in Bridgeport and lived with her family in Oxford.

While she enjoyed working at Sperry Shoes, Hollister and Dunkin Donuts, she was looking forward to starting a new chapter of her life in September studying radiology at Saint Vincent’s College.

Lauren loved everything pineapple, as well as ‘peeps’, baking, fashion, watching TV with her family, snowboarding and the nickname LaLa.

She was deeply loved by her family and many friends.Survivors, in addition to her parents, include her twin brother, Evan Provenzano; grandparents, Ralph and Juanita Caro and Pura Provenzano and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Friends are invited to attend a memorial service officiated by Pastor DJ Evans on Monday, July 10, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. in the New Life Church, 28 Hedgehog Rd, Trumbull, CT 06611. Interment in Great Hill Cemetery in Seymour is private.
