Services: A mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 18, at 11 a.m. at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 733 Oxford Road, Oxford. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.

Visitation: Friends may call the Southbury Funeral Home of Munson Lovetere, 235 Main St., North, on Thursday, May 17, from 4-8 p.m.
Mr. Wayne M. Bagley, 55, of Oxford, died Sunday May 13th, 2012, at his home. He was the husband of Marianne (Bessenaire) Bagley.

Mr. Bagley was born September 17, 1956, in Plymouth, Mass., a son of Margaret (Dugas) Bagley of Newtown and the late Wilson C. Bagley. Wayne worked as an international business manager for Sikorsky Aircraft for 33 years. His hobbies included woodworking, joking with his family, time at the lake, ice hockey and skiing. He also enjoyed spending time with family and friends sharing stories and making memories.
In addition to his loving wife of 29 years and his mother, he is survived by a son, Worth M. Bagley of Oxford, a daughter, Meredith A. Bagley of Brighton, Mass., and Zoe the dog, a sister Arilee M. Bagley of Voorheesville, NY, a maternal aunt, Mary E. Guerra of Plymouth, Mass., a paternal aunt, Teene Young of Canoga Park, CA, his father-in-law, Paul J. Bessenaire, Sr. of Killingly, Conn., as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, brother and sister in laws and many tremendous close friends and colleagues. He was predeceased by a brother, Wilson C. Bagley.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital Attn: Dr. Lee Krug, 300 East 66th St. New York, N.Y., 10065. In the memo line please include as follows: Mesothelioma research fund in memory of Wayne M. Bagley.
