She was voted “Cutest” in her Derby High School Class of ‘63 and she married her high school sweetheart, Johnny. She was loving and intelligent, an eloquent writer, loved reading, and enjoyed classic romance movies, especially Dr. Zhivago and The Sound of Music. She enjoyed camping with her family in Maine (lobstah!), Cape Cod and Myrtle Beach, making many happy and enduring family memories. She truly cherished her daughters and grandchildren, to whom she was a ‘June Cleaver’ mother and grandmother. She was a wonderful homemaker and took pride in making her home and yard warm and inviting, and made every holiday special for the entire family. Her true goal in life was to support and love her family. She loved, and was loved “to the moon and back.”
