Opportunity to Meet New Superintendent of Schools Ana Ortiz

The public is invited to attend and meet new Superintendent of Schools Ana Ortiz and Board of Education members at a reception 6:30 p.m. October 15 in the Oxford High School media center, the Waterbury Republican-American reports.

A reception with refreshments will begin at 7 p.m. Ortiz was unanimously hired by the Board of Education on September 4.

Ortiz had served as schools leader in the Windham Public Schools.
