Orsini and Polletta Campaigns to Host Campaign Kickoff on Saturday

Candidates for the 32nd Senatorial and 68th General Assembly districts will celebrate the opening of their headquarters with an event.

State Senate candidate Don Orsini and State Representative candidate Joe Polletta will be opening their shared headquarters at 1167 Main Street in Watertown with a kickoff event on Saturday, September 13th, from 10am to 12pm.

“I think we have a positive message that will resonate with people and new ideas to bring to take up to Hartford.” Orsini said. “This is a very important election year and understanding what matters most to my constituents is key.”

Polletta is also excited to begin the next phase of the campaign. “I am proud to be opening our headquarters right here in my hometown. We both look forward to listening to the voters and working hard on their behalf to bring back results. We’re off to a great start and we hope people will stop by and talk to us.”

Don Orsini is running for State Senate from the 32nd district which serves the towns of Bethlehem, Bridgewater, Middlebury, Oxford, Roxbury, Seymour, Southbury, Washington, Watertown, and Woodbury. Joe Polletta is running for the State Representative seat from the 68th district which is made up of Watertown and Woodbury. The headquarters is located at 1167 Main Street in Watertown, next to Adams Supermarket. Coffee and other refreshments will be served. Invited guests include Senator Richard Blumanthal, Secretary of the State Denise Merrill, and State Comptroller Kevin Lembo.
