The Oxford High School baseball team plays in the quarterfinals of the Class S state tournament today, Saturday June 1, 3:30 p.m. at Thomaston High School.
The Wolverines, a No. 6 seed at 15-6 overall, will play Thomaston, a No. 3 seed at 17-4 overall.
Oxford advanced to this round by beating East Granby 2-1 Wednesday in extra innings. Thomaston got here by beating Morgan High 3-2.
