Oxford Boy Scouts Present Ornament to First Selectman

Troop 1 Boy Scouts presented Oxford First Selectman George R. Temple with a pewter ornament. Trees and ornaments are part of fundraising.

From the Town of Oxford: Troop 1 Boy Scouts of Oxford presented Oxford First Selectman George R. Temple last week with a pewter ornament depicting Jackson's Cove beach along Lake Zoar. The ornaments are being sold as a fundraiser for the scouts who are also selling Christmas trees next to Fritz's Snack Bar.
